Since my childhood, I was always drawing portraits of my family and friends.
Then later on I became more serious and realized it could be a way for an artist to make a living.
For technical and professional reasons I attended the Art Academy where I developed in experimenting my own style. As a result, this was awarded with a diploma of distinction for originality which permitted me to exhibit and branch out.
From Holland to France and on to Australia and Greece, I started to explore trees and then landscapes.
I found that in Greece and in Nice (where I am presently living), my style was obligated to change and adapt in relation to the climate and the mentality for survival. This change permitted me to work mostly with commissions. |
